Sheizer

The following points, which I did not adhere to, made me have a gain this week:

  • didn't track
  • didn't drink water
  • didn't exercise

This week I vow to track (I bought a new tracker at the WW meeting and i've used it every time i've eaten something for the last two days) drink water and exercise 4 times.

I'm not changing my ticker, yet, I will change it next week once I am rid of the gain and more. I also had a 750ml of water right before my weigh in and I wore different pants so i'll make sure I have the right outfit ready for next week and go with an empty stomach.

I'm disappointed in myself, but I know where I went wrong and i'm going to fix it.

I have to weigh in on Friday, so I have to be extra good this week, as we're going away for the weekend to MIL's house and I won't be here on Saturday to weigh in. So I only have 4 days left to be very very good.

AND I only have 10 days left to be under 75 kilos (by DS's birthday) so I need to pick up my act if i'm going to make it and i'm determined to make it. This is the weight I want to be on my scales at home, not necessarily my official WW weight (at home I don't wear clothes when I weigh in).

We went out for lunch yesterday for my brother's birthday, and as tempting as the chicken schnitzel with hollandaise sauce and chips sounded I had fish (which I don't eat ever - to me it's worse than fruit and you KNOW how I feel about fruit!! LOL) and steamed vegetables!!!!! I can hardly believe it myself and my lovely mother nearly fell off her chair when I put in my order. DH on the other hand had 5 schooners of beer and the deep fried seafood basket, so obviously his diet is going well!!!!!

and on that note I had best go and get on the exercise bike RIGHT NOW!!

Hi Briony
Wow weren't you quick to comment on my return to blogging!!! Thanks heaps :-)
R U really sure your not going to get Robbie tickets. I know it's a lot of money but if there's any way you can afford it, go for it - he's not going to tour again for years and come December you will be kicking yourself you didn't get a ticket!!
It's good that you know what went wrong this week and how to fix it. I know that you can do it. Good on you for the fish choice - you know I really used to dislike fish but I actually really like it now - never thought I'd say that.
Sounds like your DH's diet is going as well as my DH! This is the first time I have ever lost weight and he hasn't as well but I know that he will only do it when he is ready - no-one can make you. I know he is eating healthier and he does a lot more exercise so I know it's got to be doing some good.
Have a great week Bri - focus on that 75 and you WILL get there!

I love fish, but I hardly ever have it - there are only a couple of restaurants I trust to have it really fresh, and I don't like cooking it at home 'cause it makes the kitchen smell! Fussy cow, aren't I?

Well, I hope you DID get on that bike as soon as you posted this! I will be pushing you, girl, when I'm back on WW - I need someone to help me too! I'm very proud of your meal choice though. I don't think even I could do that!

WHAT? You're NOT going to see Robbie? Why? When did this get decided? I wish I could shout you.

Tell us about the plans for Lachie's birthday too. Can't believe he's almost two! Hope you're rad.

LOL at DH's diet - sounds like he is taking this all very seriously!!

Sorry to hear about your gain, but I'm sure you will turn it upside-down in no time at all - especially with that kick-arse attitude of yours.

PS. Go to Robbie, he rocks in concert!!!
