So today I decided it was a new day, I would start afresh, I would be good and exercise.
Got up early even though I didn't want to. Got organised, made dinner and put it in the crockpot (yummy beef goulash) DH and I got the boy organised, got our bags packed, let in the man who is digging up our backyard and taking all the clay away, paid him, got off on time to pick up my workmate so we could go walking, unfortunately she was still sleep when I got to her house and after waiting for 10 minutes I knocked on the door, got attacked by her dog, and then woke her up, so we were running late already. Then when we got to work we saw diggers and trucks on our walking track.
D'oh.
They have just left, but I start work in 10 minutes. I have a really busy day ahead today and may not be able to get out at lunchtime.
The Gods are against me.
Promises I will make today:
No lollies - they've all gone anyway cos i've eaten them all.
Try to walk at lunchtime for even 10 minutes, which is better than nothing.
Tomorrow is another day and hopefully things will go better. Weigh in on Saturday is NOT looking good. The scales are up massively and that's depressing in itself.
I don't really have time for blogging lately, there's so much going on, but i'm going to try and make the time otherwise i'll come more unstuck than I already am, and I need you all to keep me accountable.
I'm going to try Slim Suzy's soup diet starting Sunday for a week, maybe that will get me back on track? Oh and starting Sunday because I have a hen's night on Saturday where there will be copious amounts of alcohol consumed and we are going to Kavon Theatre Restaurant where there is a set meal.
At least the scales will be down on Sunday cos i'll be dehydrated from all the booze!! hehe

Good luck with it. Drink lots of water between drinks on Saturday.
Hope all goes well Bri. Congratulations on getting up and being ready to go, unfortunately there are other forces out their that stop our good intensions. Hope your day improves.
Well you made a start so keep at it food wise today even if you can't get out to exercsie. 15 days to go!!!!!!
Yep some days are crap. But then others can be fantastic.
Your backyard is going to be fantastic. Focus on the great times you're going to have out there.
