Day four

Day Four
I broke the "soup diet" a bit yesterday. I was feeling very woozy. I had a wholemeal turkish roll toasted with one slice of light cheese on it, then for dinner we had tiny weeny little steaks and a humungous bowl of salad with a quarter of an avocado in it (is that a fruit or a vegetable?????).

Anyway, I must have been kissed by a fairy cos the scales this morning said that i'm only 0.4 away from being in virgin fat territory (again) and i'm stoked with that, should be there tomorrow, then I can start moving my ticker again.
Today is banana smoothie day and i'm happy to be eating (well drinking really) something different.
The nicotine patches are making me have the most vivid and strange dreams and i'm waking up pretty tired. Plus DS has been waking up every night (last night/this morning it was 3am to 4.30am) and he has a lot of trouble getting back to sleep.
Luckily it's nearly the end of the week as i've had a very very busy week at work this week and i'm just about over it. The only thing I have on this weekend is weigh in on Saturday morning (haven't been for 3 weeks) and a Maccas Birthday party which DS is going to on Sunday. It's his first Birthday party ever so i'm sure he'll be more than excited.

Congratulations on making it this far on the "soup diet". You have a lot more will power than me.

Also congratulations on nearly reaching virgin fat area, how exciting.

Hope your week improves and you get some rest on the weekend. Lots of people say that about their dreams whilst on patches.

Omg.. you had a steak! You're going to burn in hell for that one.

Seriously, you are a complete warrior atm. Of course you are losing weight. Even eating some 'solid' food, you'd be way under your calories for the week.

The patches can be freaky. My mum used them and she had horrific nightmares.

Unreal Bri. You are making this work for you and not being too *too* crazy about it. The results are proving what a trooper you are!! :-)

Well done Bri. You are doing SO, SO well.

Banana day would be EXPENSIVE, but yummy! Prices still haven't come down here.
