2 points small Lebanese bread
3 points leftover meatloaf
0 points leftover carrot/zuchinni/corn on the cob/salsa
0.5 points laughing cow lite cheese
0 points Coke zero
Afternoon tea (not eaten yet)
1 point Nestle diet yoghurt - mixed berries
Total for day so far: 18
And i'm only allowing myself 18 points a day so I guess i'll be having steamed vegies for dinner tonight.

Kathryn is evil! I take my hat off to you Bri, I could never do 18 points. What are you supposed to be on? I was always on 22 points.
18 doesn't sound like many points. Are you sure it's enough? I think I would starve.
Yum to lots of veggies though.
Hi Bri - don't just have veggies because then you'll be hungry for 'real' food after. Is it possible to get some sort of a workout in to 'earn' some points? How funny is Kathryn - cheeky thing.

Me too, I'm nearly at 1200 cals which was what I allowed myself! But buggar that - I'm starving!

Hun, this is a momentous week for you. Cut yourself some slack. Get serious next week. You are going to have an absolute awesome birthday. Only wish I could be there to share it. Oh yeah baby, I would gatecrash. Catch up with you again before then tho.

Hey hey. Don't beat yourself up so much. It doesn't look like you'v eaten that badly at all. I'm with the other gals - is 18 points enough? If you're getting too hungry with such a low amount of points then it's more likely that you'll lose it and want to have chocolate (believe me, I'm speaking from experience - too much experience!). You must be getting so excited about the party! I can't wait to hear all about it.

Obviously doesnt work for long.. for me anyways...
Steamed vegis sound good tho.. can you add sweet chilli to them???Or throw them in a wok and dry fry them off with some herbs to help make them yummier???
