Exercise

Monday: 15 minute walk - done 60 minutes
(20 laps - 10 in the morning and 10 at lunch)
Squash – 60 minutes - done 60 minutes
Tuesday: 15 minute walk - done 60 mins
(10 laps in the morning and 10 at lunch)
Wednesday: 15 minute walk - done 15 minutes
Cleaning – 30 minutes - done 45 minutes
Thursday: 15 minute walk - done 45 minutes
(10 laps of the dam in the morning and post office/shops at lunchtime)
Friday: 15 minute walk -
Saturday: 15 minute walk -
Sunday: 15 minute walk -

Total minutes for week so far: 285 minutes
Oops I did have 3 squares of chocolate last night!

You can have chocolate in the house and NOT eat it? I never knew that.
