Come on, this must be a joke!!

I know I shouldn't weigh myself every day, but i'm on a roll here and yes it probably won't last. I can see you all shaking your heads!!!!!

Updated stats:
  • getting back under 75 kilos - done
  • getting back to virgin weight 73.3 kilos - 1 kilo to go
  • getting into the 60's ie 69.9 kilos - 4.4 kilos to go
  • getting to goal 66 kilos - 8.3 kilos to go

Congrats on your weigh in - if weighing in everyday keeps you on track then I say keep going.

That's a great result - I've ben on a roll for 7 weeks now - you can do it to, with both can for the next 6 weeks!!!

You're doing well. If weighing everyday is helping you (and wont do your heasd in when you plateau or gain) Keep it up! I love daily weighing. Works a treat
