So today I have 5 weeks left of being in my 30's and hopefully 5 weeks left of being in the 70's!!
Eating is going okay, we had visitors last night and had a BBQ and DH bought a box of those garlic and parmesan twists. I think they're worth half a point each so I guess I ate about 9 of them (oops). I also made chocolate covered strawberries - YUMMMM - but only ate two and made sure I had the ones with the least chocolate on. Although there is still half a block of chocolate in the cupboard but I promise I won't touch it!
Work begins on our backyard tomorrow, yay!! It's such a useless space right now, I just know that we'll be spending loads of time out there once it is a useable space. (See below for nasty before photos).
It should be finished (weather permitting) by the middle of this week and then we need to get the guys to come and quote on the awning (for the main part where the BBQ is) and the sail (for the part outside our bedroom).
I'm hoping it will all be finished in time for my Birthday recovery BBQ on 22 October (which is my actual birthday).
I'm off to hang out more washing now, it's a glorious day here. Hope everyone is having a fabulous weekend.

Yes, you DO have only five weeks of being in the 70s. You have to be able to see it in your mind's eye before you can get there, and I can see it for you so that must count for something. You can do it!
Woo Hoo on the size 12 jeans! You go girl! Your backyard is great, great space to work with. I can just imagine how fabulous it will be to have it all as you want it, and great timing too with summer coming. Great space for healthy salads and low fat BBQ's! Our place has a good back yard for BBQ's and I' really looking forward to summer.
