First of all the good news: I lost 700g this week. My eating has been pretty good, but seriously it's the exercise that's done it. Now I have to keep it up and increase it every week so that I can be a 60's girl for my birthday and so that I can go shopping for a very incredibly sexy dress to wear.
More good news (well maybe ... LOL). I'm entering into an 8km fun run (read WALK) in a couple of weeks. You have to start somewhere right? So I must keep up my walking so that I don't have a coronary during this walk and get myself on the news!! haha - not funny really but you know .....
So, I need you all to give me a kick in the butt if it seems like i'm off track, cos as Kathryn says (and as Sue kindly reminded me) "it's time to STOP dicking around".

Great loss, I agree that exercise does help - I never lose if I don't exercise!!

You'll get hooked I tell you - you'll enter one race then another then another. I'm sure you'll do the 8 kms fine and it's a great incentive to exercise.
Btw the cornettos come in a tim tam ball variety as well as mint slice - you can bash me for telling you that.
