Tuesday: 15 minute walk - done 25 minutes
Wednesday: 15 minute walk - done 15 minutes
Cleaning – 30 minutes - done 40 minutes
Squash – 60 minutes - oops not done (DH had to work late)
Thursday: 15 minute walk - done 30 mins (10 laps)
Friday: 15 minute walk
Saturday: 15 minute walk
Sunday: 15 minute walk

Good plan Bri! I reckon writing down your exercise plan for the week like this helps big time.
It does help to write your weekly plan down. Well done on being so motivated.
