I was very privileged last night to receive a photo of Jodie's gorgeous baby and she is absolutely beautiful. It wouldn't be fair of me to post the first photo as that should be left to Jodie and Jamie, but she is gorgeous. I'm sure you'll all see a photo soon. Anyway it's on my mobile (which I left at home today - D'oh!! and being such a technophobe I wouldn't know how to download it anyway!! LOL).

I couldn't go to squash last night cos DH was caught late at work. I came in early to work today and did 10 laps around the dam (30 mins) and I feel much better for doing it. I'm finding that exercise is really helping and i'm not feeling so tired. DS is still waking up at night (or early morning rather) but he's getting better and even slept through a whole night on Tuesday!! Plus i'm happy that the scales are now moving in the right direction!! Woohoo. Fingers crossed for another loss this week.

I'm thinking about joining the local gym. (Hang on, I know what you're thinking - did I come to the wrong blog? Is this really Bri - or is it an imposter who has hacked into her blog!! Oh HAHA you people are SO funny!! NOT!!). I just said i'm thinking about it okay, don't get too excited!!

In the meantime i'm going to attempt 10 laps of the dam 4 days a week and i'm not stopping until the end of October, hopefully this will help me shed some more kilos before my birthday. Which especially for Leighanne's benefit, is only 52 days away!!!!!

Ciao!

SNAP!

I just downloaded a free 7 day pass to my local gym.

I got it off here

www.gymlink.com.au

I am going to "try before I buy" so to speak. I go on Saturday morning for my free "assessment and PT session". I am also going to try 7 days at "she" a women's gym in the city and see which one i like better.

:)

I'm doing the opposite - thinking about suspending my gym membership. I dont' wanna be stuck in a smelly gym over summer when I could be outside exercising. Of course I might change my mind when it hits 30 degrees outside!

I'd be careful with free gym passes. It's like walking into a secondhand car yard to "browse" except the gym salesmen are more pushy!!!

You are certainly motivating Bri! 10 laps around the dam sounds good.

Good luck with your decision about the gym.

Great to hear you sounding so positive. You're going to look so gorgeous for your birthday - and the rest of your life.

You are terrific Bri, Keep up the excellent work. I enjoyed going to the gym for a while, but preferred my summer walks with the dogs. We have lovely walking paths where I live. So cool DS slept through the night!! 10 laps so many imes a week - fantastic. I remember when Jodie got pregnant.... time flies huh? Now she is a mom, wow. I wish I had more time to keep up with more people's lives here. Anyway Bri, we still have 4 months left the end of the year. If you keep this up, you are going to be a really slinky Bri bringing in the new year! Bring on 2007!
