Not doing very well this week, I feel like i'm on a downhill run and getting out of control. I'm also feeling mighty unhappy for some reason and very bloated. My eating hasn't been too bad, but i'm just so very very tired. DS is still waking up EVERY night and i'm up with him for a couple of hours at a time. It's exhausting to say the least.
I think i'm also retaining fluid. I feel huge and the scales say i've put on 1.5kg since Saturday, that's just not possible because my eating has been 90% good and the other 10% hasn't been really really bad, just a bit extra.
Anyway, need to get back on track right now.

You can do it Bri. I'm sure it is just fluid your retaining.
You know what? Throw your scales out the window! If they're going to make you worry they're not worth it. Whether its fluid or eating or just one of those stupid rollercoaster weeks we all have, it doesn't mean you're going down hill. You've done so well, and you know in your heart if you keep eating well and stay on track that it will level out eventually. Don't be sad - you're awesome!!
Oh sweetheart. First of all remember that the scales last weigh in say you lost 2.4kgs. That is huge. So even if your body wants to put on 1.5kgs that is still a loss of 900gms. Which is FANTASTIC. But you still have time before weigh in so as long as you keep doing what you are doing you will be fine.
And you know I totally sympathise with you over the night time activities and the only thing that could put a positive spin on it is that all the extra walking between rooms, rocking, singing, talking, must be burning extra calories. Does that help?? Naaah didn't think so - I would rather the sleep too LOL.
Big hugs coming your way *HUGS*
You did have a huge loss last week - so maybe your body is evening out a bit
Hope you are having a great week:)
Arrrgghh, nothing makes you feel lousy like lack of sleep. Can you get some nap time in?
It is so hard when you aren't getting a good night's sleep. Hopefully tonight will be better for you.
Don't weigh yourself when you feel like this. You will be OK. You just need more rest.
Hope you feel happier soon. Sending you some smiles :-) :-) :-)
Hi, I've never read your blog before, but just wanted to pop on and say that I've seen your profile pic on lots of comments on other people's blogs, and I can see such a difference in your photos - you're looking great!!

Sleep deprivation is never a good thing and it obviosuly makes your thinking out of whack. I hope you can get a good nights sleep soon! x
