I tried to take a self-portait of my hair last night. I dyed it again (the greys were showing through) and did the curly thing. It was so shiney and I was trying to capture it in a photo. Here it is .....
Hehe - i'm a bit hopeless with the camera. That's whyI bought one where you just point it and push the button, but obviously sometimes even 'point and push' isn't enough!!
The show went prettywell last night considering how sick I am with this head cold. I followed Kathryn's lead and didn't weight myself today as I am also sure there's a few kilos of snot and mucus inside my head!! haha
I've been out and done the groceries this morning. I haven't done a proper shop for about 6 weeks so it was pretty horrific ($240!!). I bought some picture hooks so I can hang some pictures around the house. I miss not having my photos around and so i'm looking forward to starting a photo wall.
It's a gorgeous day today but i'm just sitting around plebbing because of feeling sick.
Weigh in yesterday saw no change in my weight, which is fair enough cos I haven't really tried very hard this week. I will have to make a big effort this week if i'm going to get to the 60's before the Pre-C2S dinner on 12 August. At this rate I won't make it but i'll be happy to be well into the early 70's.
I'm starting to think about plans for my 40th in October. I've booked the venue and the solo artist, and i'm wondering if it's too early to send out the inivitations. Does anyone know of a good website where you can create your own invitations?
