Just a quickie cos i'm at work but I have to say "sorry", I did end up eating a few Pods and Cheezles, not many but I did cave. I couldn't read all your comments and not let you know though.

On a good note, I now have an exercise programme that i'm going to follow. Fit ball exercises on three days, exercise bike 2 days and walking one day a week. God, wish me luck, you all know how much I hate exercise. Just getting shown the exercises on the fitball today has nearly killed me so i'm going to be sore and sorry for the first couple of weeks at least.
Maybe like some of you said, it will encourage my DH to pull his finger out and do something about his weight problem too.
Let's hope so!

I hate exercise too but find if I just force myself then once I start I'm ok.
Sorry I haven't been here for you this week Bri when you needed support. Hope Lachie is completely better and what is happening with those tests??
Love your exercise plan and I kno wit will make a difference.
I think your program sounds good. And the fitball exercises will help work all those ab and back muscles too. Perhaps if you balance the ball on top of the box of pods it will work even better LOL.

Yeah yeah! Go you good thing. Right, I will be emailing you regularly to check up on you with this exercise thing, so watch out. Good girl being honest about the Pods too - I have never tasted them or I probably would have caved too! How are you feeling? Any better?
