I just don't seem to have much time to blog these days. I used to add a post every day, now it's lucky to be twice a week.
Maybe i'm just too unorganised. I know I need to plan my week better but with working full time and looking after two small children (one is nearly 2 and the other just turned 36!! hehe) it's very time consuming.
I haven't done any exercise this week, which is disgusting. I have a bad head cold and it was TTOTM, which are pitiful excuses but i'm using them anyway.
The scales haven't moved even though I feel a lot thinner and i've been wearing some clothes this week that I haven't worn for a couple of years. My eating has been excellent and i've been within points every day, I haven't been snacking and i've been eating fruit (which is very difficult for me as I don't like it much!!).
Work is still really busy.
I'm looking forward to Friday night as we're all going out (well at this stage, we have a few sickies this week as there's a tummy bug going around and we may have to cancel at the last minute but i'm hoping for the best).
That's about it for today, my life isn't very interesting at the moment.

Your size mut be going down even though your scales don't let you nkow - thats fabulous! and eating fruit - well done. And not snacking OMG! That is fantastic! You are doing really well, just keep it up and the weight will move. I know - I have to be vereeeee patient these days myself LOL
LOL at your 2 boys. I too feel like I have 3 boys - and oh so close toyour ages. Almost 2, almost 4.5 and 37 going on 15!!
With work and home life it is difficult to find the time to balance everything you want & need to do. I have been struggling to find time since I stopped doing any blogging at work. But Bri, twice a week from you is better than not hearing how you are going at all.
Keep up the no snacking, fruit eating, water drinking you are doing. It is excellent and will show itself on the scales to you soon.

And it's all about size anyway! How good is it to wear "skinny" clothes from the back of the wardrobe?
Yes the clothes say it all Bri.You are doing really well with your eating. keep it up sweetie and eventually thse scales will go down. LOL at the 2nd boy. I have one to who keeps throwing tantrums that I am sure belong to a 2 year old.
Good going with your eating! I am finding it really hard to catch up with blogs too lately because there's lots going on. As long as you check in once in a while babe and always know that we're here when you need us. Catch you again soon...get on that exercise bike!

It seems that sometimes blogging doesn't feel as necessary as others. Sometimes we need the feeling that blogging everyday gives and other times we are more focussed on other things.
